RENT WITH A PLAN - Run from this company, I live in Oklahoma, this company has taken over the deed on a house from a couple that was going through hard times with the promise to keep making the payments and get someone in the house to buy it, that someone was me and set me up with a lease option to buy the house, I put $down on the house and have been paying $a month every month and have the wired receipts to prove it, They are suppose to keep making the payments until I exercise my option to buy, well they stopped making the payments back in April months ago, and now I got served with a John Doe Occupant foreclosure notice, Not when I call they do not answer my calls or the owners calls or the banks calls, They will not return calls or emailsThe old owners are now having to go through the foreclosure process after being promised by ERIC B*** and his team that they would take care of everythingSo they are now in BREECH of contract with the old owners because they have not kept up their part of the contract, They are in Breech of contract with me because they can not deliver a clear title for me to buy the houseWhen I asked them to return my $deposit my request goes unansweredDO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

The old owners are now having to go through the foreclosure process after being promised by ERIC B[redacted] and his team that they would take care of everything. So they are now in BREECH of contract with the old owners because they have not kept up their part of the contract, They are in Breech of contract with me because they can not deliver a clear title for me to buy the house. When I asked them to return my $3500 deposit my request goes unanswered. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
