I returned a calculator in June . I've been charged monthly still. I've attempted contaced multiple times by email and voice message but can not get anyone to return phone calls. Horrible service and very disappointed. Will have to cancel my own credit card if they keep charging me for a product that I do not have.

I ordered a calculator on 04/12/20 and I haven't received it yet however they took the deposit right away of $60 and I never heard from them. Help!on
04/12/20 I haven't received the calculator and nobody it's answering me back

I returned the calculator I rented two months ago and never got the $60 deposit back.
On Nov. 13, Rentacalc sent me an email confirming that they had received the calculator I returned and to expect a refund of my $60 deposit in 5 to 7 business days. When that didn't happen, I contacted them multiple times. I finally got a vague email back on Dec. 5 from customer service promising a refund but that didn't happen either. I haven't heard from them since.

I haven't received my 100% refundable deposit back.
I rented a T1 83 calculator back in June 2019. I returned it back in August 2019. Their website states that your deposit is 100% refundable upon return of the calculator. It has been 2 months and I haven't received my refund back. Not only that but they still continue to withdraw my bank account of the *** monthly rental fees. I had to call my back to put a stop on them being able to do that. I have tried to get in contact with the company on several different occasions but no one has contacted me back. I have let messages on the number provided and emailed them several times as well. And still no luck getting them to respond back. Please return my refund and monthly charges and close my account.

They don't answer my calls and have not completed on promises that were made.

I contact them to cancel my order(which they did) and then they promised me a full refund in 5-7 days. But they never refunded my $ ***
I ordered/rented a TI-84 Plus Graphing Calculator from the company Rentacalc online on August 7. It said to put a deposit of *** and when I returned the calculator I was gonna get it back, I was also promised a free month with the calculator as there was a promotion. I paid the *** with my debit card and I was quickly charged *** then proceeded to wait 3 days as it said I'll get my calculator in 3-4 days. But then when I didn't receive it in more than 4 days I contacted them via email on August 12 to tell them to cancel my order as nor did I didn't receive my order but also I didn't even receive my tracking number. When I contacted them, someone, by the name of *** said that my order was canceled and that I was gonna receive my full refund in 5-7 days. But now it's been about a month and I have received a refund. I tried contacting them via email but now they don't respond. My reference number for my order is *** .

Deposit was not returned as promised by company
Rentacalc is a company that allows you to rent a calculator with a deposit that is 100% refundable when the calculator is returned. I returned it, but never got the deposit and they didn't cancel my payment. I need my deposit back and my monthly payments canceled because I did return the calculator.

The TI-84 Plus I rented was in good working order. The service was fast and the price not bad at all. The deposit took a few more days to receive than anticipated but no big deal. Overall good experience. I would give them 4.5 stars instead of 5 because batteries aren't included.

I rented a calculator for my Algebra class on June 15, 2018 from this company. I returned it two weeks later. I received an email confirming they had received the calculator and 5-7 days later, they would be returning my deposit of $37.95 to my credit card. I have not received my deposit as the date of this complaint and can not get anyone on the phone or by chat online. This have been going on since July 19th, 2018. The company have also, stop responding to my emails.
