[redacted] account to verify if his complaint was valid and discovered:a) He was charged $1:00 on 2017-02-21 when he purchased the Future Rent Reporting Program with us and not 2017-02-27 as is stated in the complaint. b) One week later he was charges $9.99 on 2017-02-28; these are the only charges to this customer. ($1.00 to get started and 9.99 one week later) c) On 2017-03-01 [redacted] requested that his account be cancelled and it was cancelled in our Rental History Pros System on 2017-03-01 as requested. The customer's complaint is not valid because Rental History Pros did not charge him $9.99 after he requested cancellation as he is claiming. However in good faith we have decided to refund this customer.
