This person contacted me by email several times through several different web sitesI redirected her by email and phone to our actual web site which does state our policies and proceduresThe other web sites don't always have accurate and
or/up to date informationOur web site stated that the particular property she was interested in would not be ready until a much later date from the time of contactShe was also informed that Several people submitted their applications with the fee to start the qualification processShe was also informed that we would take the first most qualified applicantNone of these other applicants had seen the inside of the propertyMany people are comfortable submitting their applications for the qualification process without seeing the inside of the property because of different reasonsSome of those reasons include the fact that once an applicant is qualified for one property they are qualified for any property within their income range for the next three monthsAnother reason is that they simply are looking for ANY property in the neighborhood in which the property is locatedAside from these facts, this particular applicant did not meet our qualifications listed on our web siteThe property was only recently rented to another applicant (according to the specified date listed on the web site) which accounts for the lengthier process of choosing the best most qualified applicant_ The others, including this applicant will be receiving notification by phone and/or letter letting them know they did not qualify or that they were not the first most qualified applicant

This businesses response is not accurate and does not represent truthfully what took place I recently drove by the home in question which is still vacant my only hope at this point is that others see this Review and do not deal with this companyIt was only after my complaint was filed that weeks later I received something in the mailMoney is not the issues the issue is ethicsI am done with this issue and will spend no more energy dealing with this negative situation We are very happy in our new home

The approved tenants took possession of the property on 5-02-As stated in my original response, the process was lengthier than our timeline because, the property was not ready for occupancy when it was listed on the websiteHowever this fact was also noted on the websiteThis affected the notification of acceptance/non acceptance by phone and by mailThe consumer is dearly mistaken regarding occupancyMany people apply with several management companies maybe she is mistaking our property with othersIt seems inappropriate that this complaint would be considered valid under the circumstancesThe facts regarding date of availability were stated on the website- 4-29-No showings were executed before the house was readyThe fact that other applicants had already applied was stated and it was explained that our company would take the first MOST QUALIFIED applicantThe fact that the FIRST most qualified applicant would be chosen might have contributed to the consumers interpretation of a state of urgencyOur qualifications and policies and procedures are clearly listed On the welosite and the information required to determine qualifications is something consumers know before our company does so they are able to determine without our companies process, whether they meet all of the qualificationsShe stated she received her letter soon after her complaint which was before the date of occupancyAgain, the property was rented to the first most qualified applicant after the property was ready according to the timeline and qualifications noted on the websiteThe consumer has her letter, as she statedWhat else can we do to satisfy the consumer according to XXXXX guidelines?

The date of the complaint 8/28/2015 is the same day Rental Management Company Informed [redacted] They would be replacing the oven with a new one. However it could not be installed untill the next day 8/29/2015. Dont understand why this is...

even an issue.

Oven was replaced after complaint was issued. It is an issue because as a rental company you are obligated to make sure house is habitable, and without an oven it is not under rental standards. 5 months is a ridiculous amount of time to resolve an issue, you need to better serve your tenants needs instead of just doing the bare minimum to "get by". We thank you for the replacement but are highly discouraged with the service this company has given us.
