Rental Property Management by CapRock Real Estate

PROPERTY OWNERS - DO NOT USE CAPROCK!!! They are a terrible management company. More interested in making themselves money. Charged me $85 each to plug in a $10 carbon monoxide detector. Recently let the tenants in one of my properties completely trash the unit and I had to spend over $3k and replace all the appliances just to get it livable again. Questionable ethics. No professionalism. Stay away from Rachel J.

The unit that I rented from CapRock Real Estate on *** (the basement) has disgusting tenants upstairs that have brought a *** roach infestation to our rental. I have talked to CapRock multiple times about this. They said they would evict the upstairs tenants and advertise our unit so they could get someone else moved on in and get us out of lease by off setting our financial obligations of the lease. They refuse to answer my phone calls and rarely return my calls.

We are needing to rent an apartment because of the death of my father. Since starting to deal with this company it has been nothing but a headache and a hassle compounded by a neglectful and aggressive attitude towards us by the employees. We have not been informed of anything during the process. We have never been told what our next steps are. We have set up meetings that have been cancelled and or are not the meetings we were expecting them to be. We were told that they would rent the property out from underneath us if we did not like their practices. They have been aggressive and threatening to me and my family. And they blamed us for their lack of communication.

Alicia Sz has sent me several text messages and emails attempting to make me purchase a home from her. I told her I wasn't interested and to please stop contacting me. She rudely suggested that I unsubscribe from the emails, which I already had done. I told her I already had an agent and a closing date on my home so I did not want nor need her to keep pestering me. Today I got yet another text from her. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
