Rentals Tempe or any property owned by Tim Wright should be avoided at all cost if possibleMy husband and I moved into a condo of his in October and when we saw the property you could tell it hadn't been lived in for a while and a few things needed to be repaired and we were assured that they would beWe were in a pinch and should not have moved in before they were fixed but we did and once we had paid the deposits and moved in the nightmare beganThere was supposed to be a walk through and that never happened and because it didn't when we started doing the work orders for the blinds, toilet, shower, and huge water bulge in the second bedroom we received a lot of backlash and excusesThey replaced some of the blinds then refused to replace the others that were broken and then said they were going to charge us for themWe ended up taping them so they would stay closed because we were on the bottom floorThe toilet was repaired and so was the shower but it took three phone calls and for the shower to be left running while my husband and I went to work to get a plumber outThe water bulge in the wall of the second bedroom was never replaced or attended to, we were told that the HOA needed to be contacted and were never provided the info and we could not find it ourselves (we looked and the units are privately owned)The office staff is constantly changing and are not helpful and are rudeWe signed a one year lease and got a text message that our home was going to be shown to renters in March so I then called the office to seen if this was a mistake and was told no it was not our lease ended in August, I told her that was not .possible since we had moved in in October and we signed a one year lease and was advised to contact Tim WrightI called him and he was so rude and the only thing he did was tell me to resign or move and that they do not do one year rentals only month leases and since I did not have a copy of my lease I asked Tim for it on separate occasions and never received it to verify the informationMy husband had surgery scheduled and went to the office and let them know he was having surgery and did not want anyone in our house as he would be heavily medicated and when they started being rude my husband and the staff had a verbal disagreement about it, this was on a a Thursday or Friday and that weekend the office was vandalizedMy husband and I were in Phx at my mothers house and Monday as we were leaving for the hospital there was a cop sent to our house, we asked what is it regarding and he said the office had sent him because they had a disagreement and the office was vandalizedThey said they had cameras in which we responded good because then they could find who it was since we have no reason to vandalize anything and were on a whole different part of townThey went on to show our home as we lived there multiple times a week until we movedI was told by the office staff the way to get them to not show my home is to resign a month lease or a one year lease (which I was insisted never gets done), two days before we moved out I came home to a broken front window and I was told to file a police report and I didWhen Jodie (office manager) came over the police was there and she took pictures and said she would call the handy man., the handy man came and asked me to sign a paper stating I was responsible for the windowI said I did not break the window and when we called Jodie she said I was responsible and it said that in my lease, I asked for a copy again and she said Tim keeps them with himThis is a terrible place to rent from and Tim Wright is nothing but a big bully and a slumlord for a landlord

Tim w*** is not right at all!! Not only is he the slum lord if all slum lords he is a horrible employer as wellwe moved here from out of state and didn't know people like this actually existed my fiancé started work with him as a maintenance manmy heart goes out to all you poor tenants living with toxic mold!!!! Every property we went to had iti couldn't go inside as a brain tumor survivorif u live in his properties please I urge u to call the health department and have your home testedit can kill youno jokeneedless to say he ordered halfass repairs we covered supplies out of pocket and yup no surprise he never paid us!!! We are now out weeks pay and all our hard workat least we depart this venture knowing we were able to fix some concerns for his poor tenants before we figured this all outreport him report him report himeventually a judge somewhere will put him behind bars where he belongsi'm praying for that day

I consigned for my daughter and we wanted to break the lease early. Jody, the office manager, said they had a new renter lined up and all I had to do was clean the apartment and turn in the keys. The place was spotless, I dropped off the keys with Jody. 6 weeks later, I called about my deposit and was told they had evicted me! The new renter fell through, yet no one contacted me. They sent the eviction notice to the clean, empty apartment and 5 days later, I've got a judgment and eviction on my credit for almost 3,000.00. They also said I never turned in the keys and charged me for a free months rent that I never got. Of course, Jody was no longer employed to prove I gave her the keys. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I hired an attorney but it is costing more than the judgment and Tim Wright will not budge.

Tim W[redacted] is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. He hires people to do work for them and then does not pay him, making up stories ti try and get out of paying you. He rents properties that are almost unlivable and makes his handyman pay for the materials needed to fix the homes and then does not pay his handyman. He treats women so disrespectfully calling them stupid and telling them they are too stupid to do their jobs correctly. His homes are so run fown and trashed he even charges tenants for things they dont have.

Do not ever rent with them. They are shady and dishonest and have houses that are literally not fit to live in. We had to call the [redacted] several times because of the horrible living conditions. They will take your security deposit and more to remodel their houses on your dime. They do not fix anything and let their "maintenance people" into your home without your permission.
