I want to share my experience with this business May 10th I hired this business to install a new ceiling fan at my Mother's houseThe associate that was sent out, the "electrician", proceeded to change the fan without turning the power offHe touched a live wire to another and shorted out all of the electricity in her bedroom except outlet and a set of lights in her bathroomThe electrician could not figure out the problem, said he had to leave and left her in this state He returned the next morning (May 11th) and still could not fix the problemHe told her that he had to go see another guy about the problem and never returned May 12th we could not get in touch of anyone until in the evening and were told that someone would be out on May 13th to try to fix the problemMay 13th they came out and changed some outlets and breakers but still no electricity restorationThey charged my mother $for attempting to correct the problem caused by his worker This is after the owner assured me that he would make this goodThey left her place Friday afternoon to come back later that day with someone else who knew more about the problem but never returnedCalled and said they would return on the 14th (Saturday) but they were a no call no show We hired an electrician to come out and he ran new wires and restored the electricity to her roomPaid for by us It is not the 18th On the 22nd she tried to turn her air on and it would not come on We had to call the AC repairman out who told us it was an electrical problem We then called the electrician back out and he found that they had knocked a different wire loose when replacing the breakers so he reconnected the wire and the AC came onThis is my experience with this business and if I were asked if I would hire them again I would have to say NO!
