Warehouse prides itself on responding very quickly to both owner and tenant concerns and has taken the following steps to improve response time.1. Time between receipt of Tenant rent and disbursement.Under normal circumstances a rent payment is received on the first of the month and three business days are allowed for the payment to clear. While a normal payment can clear in as little as three business days, an NSF notification from the bank can take a full seven business days. Since your tenant has made several NSF payments, prudence dictates that we allow the full time for the payment to clear and/or be returned prior to initiating a payment to you. In the event it is returned then RW has to get reimbursed from the owner until the tenant makes a new payment. ACH payments to owners typically show up in the owner accounts in 1-3 days and are dependent on how quickly the banks are able to process the transaction. In order to better serve you, we have implemented a new e-check system that will hopefully expedite payment processing time. However, please note that once the payment has been initiated, it is out of our hands with regard to processing time. We welcome your ongoing feedback with regard to how long it takes the new checks to clear from the time they are initiated and automatically stamped on your monthly statement until the time you receive the funds in your account.2. Response to questions made to Renter's Warehouse DC.In order to better serve our customers, Renter's Warehouse DC has brought in 2 additional staff members to improve response time.
