My company has used Rentlinx for many years. Even before there was a fee. When they first started charging for rebtlinx I believe we paid $250 for the year and at some point they raised it. Keeping in mind we are medium size company, invoices come in, they get paid, end of story.
After several years (like 4) a couple weeks ago I get a call from my leasing manager and she says rentlinx is off. There is a button to see why. It shows that we have bills dating back from 2017. I call the number tonsee whats going on and It says email them. I email them and days go by and when I do get a response its like a canned response.
I ask for a phone number and they dont respond for days and when they do, they don't give me a phone number but rather make the blanket statement that they have record of correspondence. What does that mean? They gave no detail. Keep in mind that if they would have billed us, we would have paid it.
I have send another email asking to speak with someone. Lets see if I hear back.

why what is in their subscription and the reality is so much different.
They said wait around 24 hours. Then my listing post would be advertised on third party website. Now 5th day. They say the third party websites aren’t yet available! What availability now all 14 unknowns website and funny thing is included my own website. What do They say on their subscription is there are 88+ most popular rental listing sites. But it’s all fake subscription for deceive people pay for it. They don’t have 88+ most popular rental listing sites as their partner but they just advertised it to make money. When I have been asked for that. They didn’t reply me anymore and deleted my links. That is why I got nobody contact me at all. Before I did it to each website. I got a client quickly after I did post in the same day. But nothing at all after I used their service. I choose their services because it can save a lot of time to do it one by one website but I was very wrong.
