On 10/29/a work order was given to our office to repair the following items.Replace Broken BlindsRepair/Replace Broken Door KnobInstall Deadbolt on the back doorThis was requested by the tenant. We do not give hour notice for maintenance requests that are given to us by the
tenants. With work orders we try to get them done ASAP I am unsure what the conversation was between the tenant and the maintenance man. I am sorry if we inconvenienced the tenant but was only trying to complete the work that was requested by the tenant.Kind Regards,*** ***
