The renter is responsible for any damages any of the passengers cause during the rental. During their rental they broke a window which we had to replace. The amount we charged the renter included the custom cut window and the labor to install. The renter called a few different times and changed...

their story. We have GPS tracking on our all vehicles. The system reports high speed turns, abrupt stops, and excessive speeds. There were no red flags. We have reviewed the entire route manually and did not see any high speed turns, abrupt stops, and excessive speeds. Regarding headphones, one earpiece is allowed while driving. This way a driver can answer calls and at the same time hear what is going on around him. That is an actual law.Regarding the so called "cheap window repair": The window repair was not done in cheap quality but in the least expensive way. Rather then take it to a dealer who would have charged double or triple the price, we did most of the work ourselves. We took the broken piece directly to a small company and had them cut it. Then we reassembled it. The tint of the glass does not match so we are considering taking it to the dealer and having them do the work. Unfortunately that will cost the renter a lot of money but at this point I really don't care. I never mentioned the bus going any amount over the speed limit. Like I mentioned earlier, we reviewed the route and there was no speeding.The poles are solid, are not broken, and did not break off. Driver never said "its ok you're not going to be responsible for it". He said "its ok we can continue the trip".The renter is responsible for the damage, plain and simple.No refunds will be offered. We do not negotiate with terrorists.

a lot of information, including our cancellation fees. [redacted] asked to cancel the reservation which is why the cancellation fee is charged.
We have offered to reschedule the reservation to another date, with some limitations. [redacted] has declined to do that. That option is still available.

I do NOT accept the response. The cancellation fee was outrageous and should NOT be allowed unless it was within SEVEN days of cancelling - not TWENTY FOUR. Despite the fact that I have rented SEVERAL times. WHere is the CUSTOMER loyalty? This business practice needs to be questioned and the consumer protected. I did not choose to reserve for another date because those 'limitations' were ridiculous as well - no weekends, no holidays etc.. I will be taking this up with the Attorney General if I do not get satifactory results.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Note:I have reviewed all of my emails in my inbox and have determined that while some of the emails WERE from Rent My Party Bus, the harassing emails (the 40+ marketing emails I received) were from a different company. I'm very sorry for the confusion and feel really stupid! I will update and/or delete any incorrect information that I have left in my reviews.
