Renton C Inc Reviews (1)
Purchased a 2014 Jeep Patriot manual transmission in Dec 2013 for my 16 y/o daughter.
Put $2000 down, received some rebates, and after some discussion a reasonable interest rate based on my credit rating. All done in two hours without a hitch.
After five months it was apparent she would never drive a manual (only put 60 miles on
it in those five months). Took it back to trade for same but an automatic in May 2014.
What a nightmare. Four visits totaling 10 hours, 15 phone calls placed by myself to salesmen and managers who never returned calls, promises of a "great trade in deal" and financing but I didn't receive any of it. Ended up with a much high interest rate
(nothing changed on credit history except on-time payments from the Dec. purchase),
paying $7,000 more for an automatic; and was only given $12,500 trade-in on a 2014
model that they put back on the lot for $19,750!!! Still can't get anyone to return calls.
Both the sales manager and finance manager NEVER called me back when I called
to discuss my frustrations. All the lot salesmen stood around each time I was there
complaining about how they hated their jobs, the business didn't care about it's customer,
and that the deals they made were a rip-off for customers. Would never recommend
this dealership to anyone!
