I would like to respond to case number [redacted]. I received the firstconcern on 03/12/2016. I told them I would get a hold of the vendor to find out what hadhappened. The vendor would take no responsibility for the cabinets. I talked to [redacted]and we discussed a...

discount. I sent someone to look at the cabinets on 03/26/20 16;customer said he would touch up cabinets if we gave him a discount. We discounted thecabinets 20% and cancelled the countcrtop install per customer request I have spoken to[redacted] today, April 13, 2016 and let him know that we will replace the 4 cabinets out ofgood faith.
