Awful company to use if you are an owner looking for property management
Signed with this company to manage our property in Wellen Golf and Country Club. Lorenda talked a good game - got us to sign with her. First renter went over the amount they put on the agreement - they did absolutely nothing. Lied to us by saying "Anyone under 18 isn't counted toward the number staying". Nothing in the contract or any paperwork from them regarding anything about age. That logic allows anyone under 18 to stay. They didn't want to do anything - and did NOTHING. Really terrible lazy property managers. The worst we've used in our 23 years of renting out properties. Really terrible.
Wonderful restaurant for Newburgh Service is great and so is the food Would highly recommend!
