I had a leak that started as a small spot in a bedroom and I let them know of the issue back in August and their plumber said it was dog pee. Well it was still leaking someone in their office said they would have the house inspected. They never checked anything so the leak became worse and my kitchen sink started leaking besides that mold started growing in the room and we could smell it in the kitchen cabinets. I reach out to them again and it took them a week to respond. They sent someone to check it out and the plumber said it was a serious problem and we should not be staying there especially with kids. There are fruit flies in my house because itake a sewer pipe leak. These people left us for months without having this leak resolved and now they're saying they will only reimburse me for the time that they are fixing the issue. I can't use my kitchen at all and haven't been able to use my sink for 2 months now. Besides that my kids have been breathing in mold for who knows how long

They elbowed my husband & I out of a property they were managing in order to get a higher rent from a new tenant, & refused to return deposit in full
two months before renewal our our lease we were informed by rent today that the owner of our condo was dropping them as a management company and would be selling the propertywe were told we had days (the remainder of our lease) to vacate
we complied with this- but since moving out the property has intact not bee put up for sale and rent today A.K.A"modern real estate shop" informed us that they have not been dropped by the owner to manage the propertyIt seems my husband and I were duped and lied to, to be forced out of our apartmentall so the unit could be turned over to a new renter at a much higher cost then we were paying
On top of that, rent today (aka "MRES") told us we were getting our complete deposit back- which is great- but the amount on the check they say they are writing us is short of our origina
