I agree with the previous complaintsI called to try an return the product was told I had ordered it every month I only ordered a trial but was told it was to get it every days I wanted to return it and get a refund I asked to talked to a supervisor which was denied I called twice and was hung up on both times All they would do was cancel the next month

Never will I do business with this shady company! Ever!!

I received the Same experience I kept experienceI NEVER accepted the termsThey are SNEAKY the SUBMIT button is above the 14-days terms where they Charged you almost $for this Product that ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORKI also disputed and Argued my charges, and they would Only agree to Refund me 75% saying there's a re-stocking feeI plan to fill out a dispute form with my credit card company, what a bunch of Scammers who use scamming techniques to Charge your credit cardI asked customer service to send me proof where I had accepted their terms of billing me 14-days after I was shipped the product and they could not provide it

Called to cancel within 10 days of order. Customer service reps kept trying to get me to commit to another month to give product chance to work but product I received was not what was advertised. I was guaranteed not to be charged & offered trial till end of month which I declined. Charged anyway & when I called to get complete refund, I was given one excuse after another. I asked to speak to supervisor , Annie declined every time. Annie offered to refund 35% , which I refused if it wasn't my 100% after being guaranteed no charge to my account!! I am living on a low low income. I sent for a trial of products. Today I have been sent a repeat order that I did not ask for at a cost ofv$184 04. They will not let me return the products and be refunded. No where was I told I had to get in touch with them within 30 days of the trial order. I rate this as sharp practice and cannot believe you rate them so highly. It puts your integrity into question also.n
