I submitted the document they provided in writing where they said they were going to come back and that this was not payment for one doorI am attaching againIs their anything we can do? It doesn't cost for one door to be paintedThey messed up the other doors and took them from the house and then wouldn't respondI have the text messages where they said they were planning on coming back.This text is from them after they were paid because I had to order new doors after they threw ours outJuly 15th"Hey, will the doors be ready to be painted tomorrow? And yes I have talked to Mitch...have you not noticed the temperature, like l said it is entirely to hot up there right now."That was their last communication.I am completely vexed at why they think anyone would believe that a person would pay dollars to paint one door when the door itself is dollars!?!?! We adamantly contest this complaint, as it is not factually as to what happend at allAfter Mrs.*** attempted to paint her interior doors herself several times without success she contracted us to paint four doors The agreed cost being $ We encountered problems also, resulting
in many conversations, where it was decidedly agreed that we would try to remedy off siteMuch sanding would be necessary and Mrs*** was very disturbed by dust in her houseWhen sanded it was discovered that the doors had incurred manufacturers defects in production when being primedPhotos where taken to support thisAfter this was discover conversations where had, and we preceded to try and remedy the situation with out guaranteeWhen total man hrs had been put in Mrs*** was told that a perfect finish would not be able to be achieved she elected to buy new doorsAt this point absolutely no money had been exchangedThe labor alone had it been billed would have been $1,and materials had cost about $One door, a door not original to the house and not affected by manufactures defects was completed and brought back to MrsAbouzid with agreement of only $ to be paid for all previous workAfter experiencing much difficulty with Mrs*** we elected to not continue doing business with herMrs *** has in no way been a victim of unfair business practices, quite the contray we went above and beond the call of duty to try and please her
