Not knowing who filed this complaint, it is difficult to addressWe have an idea of who it might be, but hate to assumeWe have a 96% success rate, which for most anything in the medical field, is phenomenalUnfortunately, that does leave approximately in people that don't get the results they desiredWe are upfront and clear about our objectives, our success rates, our refund/cancellation policies, our costs, and of course the details of the services we will be performingAnd, those details are presented uniquely to each of our patients/clients in writing before they receive or pay for servicesWe are disappointed to hear of this complaint and concerned about the statement that treatments were causing "more pain and distress." We have a 96% success rate, which for most anything in the medical field, is phenomenal. Unfortunately, that does leave approximately 1 in 20 people that don't get the results...

And, those details are presented uniquely to each of our patients/clients in writing before they receive or pay for services. We are disappointed to hear of this complaint and concerned about the statement that treatments were causing "more pain and distress." We were not aware of this. If we were, we would have strived to address these issues. Again, not knowing who the complaint is from makes this very difficult to figure out and address on our end.
