I have a voice recording of this entire call Customer was fully quoted fees and approved, she stated that she would pick up a fan control and have it on site for our technicians We also stated via the phone (on the recorded line) that we could go and see which control she needed and leave to go get one if she did not have it We explained that would all be time and material involved- even explaining that we do charge for time if we have to go get the part This was agreed upon over the phone We called when we were on the way When we arrived she did not have that part, in hopes that it was a different problem causing the issue, It turned out to be the fan control that she needs and she did not want my tech to go get it, she was going to get one and call us back The fee to install would have been less that minutes labor She did not want us to come back out

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I feel as if their rate for repair which could not even be performed that day was exorbitant only to betold, yes, it is remote and your out of luck??? please and sign here on this line so that we can be paid now and credit card please Representative from their place of business should have asked about remote and called me back instead of calling me back to let me know that two employees were already on their way to my home??? It took two electricians to tell me that a remote was broken? We had to once again go to sleep that evening without a ceiling fan on that very hot day in June This is not any way to treat consumers and the public Unfair charges for repairs that were not done and then going to sleep again that evening in intense heat during summer month and out is unfair and inhumane I would have been more than happy to pay half of that which I would have considered reasonable rate for a repair that did not even take place but not [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because someone at this business was going to check with a manager about the possibility that it could have been the remote No one ever called me and instead dispatched not one but two electricians and charged me an excessive fee for repair work that was not done Had they called me back as promised then this entire issue could have been avoidedTheir technician only offered to go and get a remote if I would have paid yet again another excessive charge upon returnThis company has taken advantage of me financially during the hot summer days in Texas For a total of two ceiling fans could have been purchased

None of this is true.  We have ordered new lights for [redacted] to install.  There was no mistake.  Customer stated that she wants to have installed a 5 LED color change light for her pool.  We did that.  They do not work the way she wants them too, nor will the new ones we...

installed, however, she will  not listen to reasoning.  She was not told that she would pay for both.  We have a signed agreement that we will install the Hayward lights at no charge.  We have to eat the cost of the original lights that she signed and agreed upon.  We never stated that your insurance is paying anyhow, that is a extremely dishonest statement.  Bottom line, we did not vary from what was requested, we have not varied from our response.  We are not running, we are waiting for her lights to come in.  When they do we will go and install.  We offered to pay out of pocket for an additional part that she needs however, she does not want the part installed.
