I am prompted to write this glowing review because I found that, in 35 years of being involved in and overseeing various remodeling projects, it is rare to find a contractor whose work ( and that of his subcontractors ) is both flawless and reasonably priced, This doesn't even mention the trust Greg and Wendy [redacted] have earned over the course of many projects. We would never hesitate to leave either of them with the key to our valuable lake home.
Greg [redacted] bid on the installation of many new windows for us several years ago. I was impressed by his knowledge of the superior window that he installed and his pricing . Among other smaller projects he also re-created our front porch, rendering it more fitting for the mission style nature of the home.
This year we left Greg [redacted] and his very capable wife in charge of a major remodel while I was 1000 miles away. Their excellent communications and photographs caused me to feel very comfortable being absent during the entire project. What was icing on this cake was their gracious response to the various changes I made to our original plan during the process.
Working with this company has been such a pleasure, I find myself wondering if there isn't something else I could have them do for us !
We have given Greg [redacted] blanket permission to give our contact information to anyone with questions about his workmanship, terrific integrity and timely completion of his jobs.

We hired Renz Construction to replace our old wood deck with a new composite deck. [redacted] were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were very patient, listened to our ideas, gave great recommendations, kept us informed every step of the way, and answered any questions that we had. [redacted] would also let us know if they were/were not going to be working on the deck each day. We added a few items to the original estimate after seeing the deck progress and they were very understanding of our wants/additions. We are very happy with the materials they used. The deck was completed in a timely fashion and looks fantastic! Renz is a great company to work with and we plan to hire them in the future for a bathroom remodel.

Renz is very good at what they do. The addition we had done was done in a timely manner on budget and excellent workmanship. All calls were returned promptly and they were a pleasure to work with

We needed to have a egress window installed in our house, I was telling a friend of ours that we needed to find someone to do this, she said that they had Renz Construction do their egress window and were very happy, I called and talked to [redacted] he came out and gave us a price, we decided to go with them and were not disappointed by our decision!! The work was done, and it looks great! Any questions that I had were answered quickly by either Greg or his wife Wendy! It's great to work with a local family business!! Thanks Renz Construction for a great job! Would definitely recommend them!!
