I was a student at this training facilityWhile I was there as a student I enjoyed the classes and some of the people I metThough when my year contract came to an end I was in a financially difficult position and asked that they did not renew my contractThe secretary had informed me that I would need to sign some formsI requested that these forms be emailed to me being that I was preparing to move out of stateThe secretary had agreed to email the forms to me and allow me to send them a signed copyI never received this paper workI am now not living within the state of this facility and after years of not being a part of their school and not hearing anything from them, now they are constantly calling me, emailing me and leaving me messages stating that my credit card on file is invalidI am absolutely sick and tired of feeling harassed and bulliedI even spoke to the owner about canceling my contract early because of the financial situation I was inMark(the owner) stated that I was unable to be released from contract unless I had some how sustained injury and had proof from a doctorIf I had the known that this is the way I would have been treated, I never would have joined that gymAs I tried to contact them and asked them to stop harassing me, they proceeded to call me back with an attitude

Went to this school for two years, during that time I witnessed some very bad thingsI saw people get their credit cards charged for months after cancellingI saw female students leave due to feeling uncomfortable with how a coach acted towards themThehigh turnover of coaches was amazing, coach after coach complained about not being paidThe training had no consistency because coaches would leave repeatedly, in the two years I was there I'd say I had about Muay Thai coachesMultiple fighters left because of coaching, even the charity events were more about profit than charityI do not recommend this place to anybody for any reasonMyself and of my friends had to cancel our credit cards to keep from being charged after we left

Good dayIn regards to my transaction dispute with Renzo Gracie Training Facility, my refund is totally and completely warrantedI had gone down there in person, to *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***, on June 5, to sign a document to place my account on a freezeI had been hit by a drunk driver on May of this very year, and am still unable to train, per doctor's ordersThe day after I signed the paper, they took the money out of my account anywayIt seems that Natalie, the woman I dealt with, just DIDN'T actually place my account on the freeze that I signed for in personI called them at ###-###-#### as soon as I saw the transaction on my *** *** app on my phoneI spoke to Natalie, who I believe to be a manager, as she had called me a few days prior to inquire upon the automatic transaction not going throughIt couldn't be processed, as there was not enough money in the accountOver the phone we discussed the fact that I did not authorize this

Not satisfied with business response. Tried canceling my contract and was lied to about multiple things. They would not provide copy of contract by fax or email. Was told to come to the business to get copy then was told they couldn't find it. Stated the contract automatic re-signs itself after multiple conversations through email and phone saying it would not happen. Was charged two extra months after the contract "expired" and never saw that the contract said I had to come in to cancel. Once found out about the cancelation signature requirement they would fax or email the papers for me to sign. I had moved to another state for school and they would not coperate or help me in any way, shape or form. Had to come back to the state to sign the papers. Before the final transaction occurred I had asked if they can put a hold on it till I come back to the state and they said no. Reasoning was because it's an automated system and they can't access it once it's initiated.
