I started working for this company completing grass cuts then snow removals, now I am completing winterizations I have been trained on industry standards and feel completely satisfied with my work experience We have traveled out of our coverage area and have been given a gas allowance I worked on my own for a few years before joining this company and in just a few years I have gained so much knowledge and experience that I can take anywhere I know how to bid on jobs that pay well and also manage a few residential homes on the sideI enjoy working or foreclosures so much I might just focus on this work alone Great company, thanks!
For one thing, Reo Clean is a scam. I know a couple of people who worked for them, and they only gave them enough money for gas and never paid them for the actual work they did. They used several different names for the business Reo Clean/Optimum Field Services/Optimum Health and several different names for the recruiter his name is either Mario Weiss or some other last name. If you email him about the job, then he will give you some other name. He has ads all over west ky craigslist promising regular income of varying amounts, and different frequencies. He even had his supposed "wife" texting telling them to do jobs but she never knew anything about their pay. Mario even got rude when he was told that I said it was a scam, and that they should quit working for him. They will not pay them, regardless and no one should work for them. They even finally acknowledged owing close to $1500 or so(which they owe more), and said that they weren't going to pay it. One day they tried to call Mario to ask him about something on a job, and he had said he was with someone in a meeting and then he let it slip that he was at the movies. He said that he was over a bigger crew in a larger area, but never sounded like he was in the field when on the phone. They came to find out that he was actually a recruiter, which he never admitted to at any time. If you work with these people, you're taking a big chance as to whether or not you will get paid. I told them to keep all records, which they have including texts from these scammers. Beware of this company. They need to be investigated for what they're doing. I'm sure tax fraud is also one of their specialties, since they are probably claiming to pay their workers and are not paying all of them. Taking pictures with a decent phone this day in age is done by children, so not being able to take photos correctly would be an excuse for the company not to pay their field workers. A crew that has worked for many doing lawn care in residential and business can also handle property preservation, but Reo Clean will find any excuse not to pay and line their pockets.
I have worked with this company since they have been in business and they have done nothing but good things for my family and I . I work with my wife as a team and we make a very profitable income. The reason why some crews maybe give bad reviews is because they do not do the job right. The owners told me from day one , that the photos are your money. If you do not take the correct photos then you better expect to not get paid. They provide us with all the photo checklist and a phone application so there is no excuse on taking the wrong photos. We have never had a problem getting paid, paid on time, getting gas reimbursements, lodging etc... I have nothing that I can say negatively about this company. Thanks!

I did a snow removal for 40 properties and never received one payment. Do NOT trust them to ever pay you.
