DO NOT EVEN THINK OF HIRING THESE CROOKS, THEY DONT AND WON'T WORK FOR YOU. I MADE A BIG MISTAKE HOOKING UP WITH THESE CROOKS. THEY TOOK MY CASE AND HAVENT DONE ANYTHING FOR ME. TRY AND GET AHOLD OF THESE ASWIPES? A SNOWBALL IN HELL HAS A BETTER CHANCE. I TRIED TO CANCEL MY POA AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

In my opinion the business did not represent me in my best interest as there legal client I started conducting business with this Company after they contacted me about my VA claimThey promised to take care of me and my claim and work to get me my disability, all of which was a total fraud and lieI did everything they told me to do and they sent me a contract so that they could steal my disability from me without every doing anything for my claim On several occasions I asked to speak to the Agent working my claim and was told by their customer service that I was not allowed to talk to my agent but that they would relay my messageOn multiple occasions this happenedThen every six months or so I would get a call from a Customer Service Representative asking if I had any new information for my case, when I asked what my Agent had done for my case I was told they were working diligently for the case but that I had to schedule all of my outside doctor appointments, make arrange

Have not been in contact with agency since submitting initial packet I have not received any correspondences from Reps for Vets since they sent me the initial welcome packetI've called on numerous occasions with no availI am unsure if they did anything at all concerning my claimsWhen I did get to talk to someone (approxyrslater), she wouldn't allow me to ask my questions before I was rudely interrupted and dismissedI was told letters were sent to my address but returned to Reps for Vets(My address hasn't changed since I have requested to have a supervisor contact me and I was told "they have to return calls" and, the supervisor never returned my callI have submitted all needed documentation to VA as requested, myselfThis includes all progress notes and other documentation as needed

I contacted them after extreme frustration with my VA benefits status, they were unable to take my case at this time, however they took their time explaining my next steps and were very kind, knowledgeable, helpful! They guided me in the right direction! Thank you Don for your help!

The Rep For Vets is about as useful as ...I will not be crudeI have TBI and it got bad enough my son had to get involved with RepforvetsNot bragging, but this kid graduated Magna from an Ivy League college and a masters from Georgetown all on full ride on academicsAfter reviewing what REPFORVETS has done He says they are barely legal con artistThey are worse than worthlessI have had to undo what they messed up to be able to move forwardI have gotten myself 100% disability from the VA after a year battle with absolutely no help from RepForVetsI just sent them a Termination of Contract For Cause and demanded repayment of the fees I earned for themI know they won't pay but I have a surprise from them, I come from a family of lawyers and judges in AlabamaWe also have some odd laws about contracts between corporations and consumersThe lawsuit I will have to bring will be on my home turf

I Got a denial from the VA for disability back in I then reached out to Reps for vets for helpI provided all documentation that they were looking forthey had a representative that was working on my case that had left and I was assured that another one would take over my case and would reach out to me which has never happenedI did call them a couple of times to complain about this and nothing was resolvedI understand it takes awhile for an appeal with the VA but years with nothing? that's entirely unacceptableThey did have me get a diagnosis for PTSD in right around august of from an outside of the VA psychiatrist which I had to pay dollars for but haven't been contacted by anybody sinceIf they don't want to help me I get that but if that is the case then please give me my paperwork back and I will go somewhere else where they ac

Poor communications, poor advice, never returns customer's calls, makes promises that are never kept
Of all the businesses I have dealt with over my ** years of living, Rep For Vets places number one in the area of total overall POOR service
When I contacted Rep For Vets some four years ago, I was assured that my case would receive the "upmost attention with professionalism", NOTHING is farter from the truth
Rep For Vets is a hodgepodge of poor one-way communications(they never return calls), they make promises they never keep concerning what was discussed with them
This company leads the way in "Too many chefs spoil the meal" in that on any given day/month, you will discuss your case with numerous employees, all of which tell you many different things concerning your case, and yet none of which leads to no action by Rep For Vets
It's hard to nail down who did, or did not do anything with this company, considering almost everyone seems to be an "expert" about your cas

Secretary wouldn't allow me to speak with rep, nor forward a copy of my current claim file to me
She was most rude & condesending
I had queried for status of supporting info I'd sent back in MayShe advised me that they would proceed at their own pace and I couldn't see my file until completion of the award
She also said that is I discharged them, I would still be liable for their % fee, regardless of lack of services performed, per our contract
She also refused to provide me with a copy of our contractI've NEVER encountered this level of rudeness and poor service from any service providerI sincerely hope they audio record all conversations I proceded to mail VA Claims / Evidence a copy of the supporting data

So I contacted Rep for Vets based on their commercials, it sounded like they were a not for profit organizationI advised that my case was sitting with a federal judge and has been for a number of yearsThey advised that their payment was 20% of the back payments owedThis was to cover attorney travelWhen I advised that this would amount to them collecting $50,and that seemed an exorbitant amount for travel, and then asked how soon I could expect the case to be closedThe agent put me on hold for about minutes, seemed surprised that I had not hung up on her then told me that they would be unable to help me after all
This organization seems to be latching onto desperate veterans who have been failed by the veterans administrationWhile I am not sure that what they are doing is illegal, it does have most of the hallmarks of a scam/con
As always when hiring any kind of professional, make sure that you are asking lots of questions and do not rush into signing any kind of a contractAlways be wary my veteran brothers and sisters, and thank you for your service

I am very displeased with this company. Promises were broken. After a few years of having to hound them for my claim status I decide to terminate my services and go with a more reliable source to help me with my claim. Finally after going to this other source for my claim I finally got my settlement with no help from reps for vets. All they kept telling me is my board hearing would be coming in November of each year I asked. Also was told that they would be getting a psychologist from Kentucky to evaluate me for my problem and after four years still never got a call from this psychologist. Now that I got my settlement through another source because they could not do their job or fulfill their promise I would like to get my 20% they took from me unfairly because they did nothing to help me with my services.
