Hello sorry for the delayed response internet was just set up yesterdayI have been dealing with [redacted] and her claimed issues for some time outside of Revdex.comI am not sure exactly what to say here about this

Hello everyone I am sorry to respond so lateI just have not been doing service work latelyMy business is going in a different direction at this time due to the weatherThe location this building is in has little to no parkingThe parking on the street is 25cents for minutesThe parking tickets add up quickWith the construction going on in this specific area the parking is tighterThe parking lots won't let the van park because it takes up to much space we are toldEven though we feel discriminated against for not being able to park in a lot However we do not fix heaters or air conditioners anymore we are only doing system installations with remodelers, builders, & general contactors etcAs for home owners and commercial buildings they are just going to have to find someone else times are toughWith the contractual agreements and responsibilities we now have going on we do not have the time in the schedule to go back to past jobsRegardless of what is right and wrong or whose fault it is there is nothing we can do at this point we are sorry but the time is not on our sideAnd as for the Revdex.com make whatever decision you like here because there is nothing that can be done about thisAnd as time goes on you will hear about instances like this again I am sure and just as a heads up the response will be the same

We will not take any responsibility for what has happened here before we arrived and after we had leftWith the other companies that were there before and after we arrived there is no telling if this customer was scammed into a new system or notWe were working at another job when they
had called us backWhich I told them we will be on our way once we are doneWas not to long after they called back telling us they called someone else and that company said we screwed up their ac system in turn they get a replacement from that company and want us to pay for it meantime we are hereI am sorry but this is like we are being shafted and the bottom line is we did nothing wrong but they expect Repair Air to reimburse them for the money they had spent with another companyWe are sorry this had happened and unfortunately there is no right way to handle this beings we never had gotten a second chance to go back over the system because they were quick to get a new system and blame usThat system was squealing the Saturday before the Monday we had arrived why is it that when we arrived treated the symptoms we made it sqeel? I am sorry but mechanical equipment fails on a daily basis everyday and there is nobody to blame for that these things happen and this is what happens I guess when I arrived I should have told him they needed a new one

Hello everyone I am sorry to respond so late. I just have not been doing service work lately. My business is going in a different direction at this time due to the weather. With the construction going on in this specific area the parking is tighter. Hello [redacted] and Revdex.com staff. I have been backed up with contracted jobs. Which is why it has taken me so long to respond. This issue will be resolved by the end of this week. I will relay with pat c[redacted] on my expected arrival to fix the heater.
