We called RepairCare to service our washing machine We were told the service would be $plus parts The Technician came and fixed the hose and also said we need a new valveWe paid $for the first service which was only about minutes!
The tech came back days later with a new valveAfter he replaced it he said there is still no cold water and we need to get a plumber We then had to pay another $for this second service call which didn't even solve the problem The second service call should have been prevented if the Technician checked the water connection in the first place

Moved into a new apartment, and the washer broke down on me less than a week laterI was furious and didn't have a lot to spend after having just paid first and lastThese guys saved meI got a cheap repair with a great year-long warrantyLoving the new place and the washer is working great

Two visits by technician without resolution of our broken dryer. $500 dollars spent on parts and service. Several calls to the company office without any individual taking responsibility for resolution. Finally obtained help but only after becoming angry and threatening to come to office in person.
