Repair Dat

Review: I took my iphone 5 in on 11/5/13 to have the screen repaired ,and while it was being fixed they broke a separate piece of the internal phone the microphone. I returned on 11/9/13 to let them fix the broken microphone like they promised. In doing so they realize they had the wrong piece so I was returned my original iphone, once I got back home my phone battery went out. While attempting to recharge it I notice several error codes on my screen so I immediately returned to the store making them aware of the issue , that's when they notified me that it was a software issue and I would have to return the phone to Apple myself. On 11/5/13 my phone was opened once for repairs on 11/9/13 my iphone opened twice to make repairs and they said that there was nothing they can do, but the owner agreed to take look at the phone so they kept my iphone for two days and nothing was done. On Monday 11/11/13 I went back to recover my iphone and they told that Apple would not have a problem replacing it so I took it to Apple myself. They told me the phone was done and there is no fixing it I need a new but before they warranted it and gave a new iphone they would need to make sure nothing is broken inside the phone and there's no water damage well I knew the microphone was still broken from repair stores mistakes. So I knew would make me come out of pocket for a new iphone full price . So I returned back to Repair Dats to let them exactly what Apple told me and I still had the broken phone they said they would be able to exchange it for me no problem. I finally called back at 9:39pm and they told me my phone was never taken to store and that they would need 2-3 days to take it to apple for a new phone that makes 3 whole days they've had my iphone 5 b/c they broke it and they're attempting to beat around the bush and not replace my phone.Desired Settlement: I'm going buy me phone because I need my cell phone I have a wife and and infant child that I care for and not being able to keep I touch with them is stressful and my job is having difficulty contacting my while I'm on call
