Ihave sent them all the same information too. Both Ebay and [redacted] after investigation have decided in our favor. What t at means is that we did nothing wrong within our listing and the service provided to the customer in question. Michael offered to return the customers shipping of $17.00 in the beginning but the customer s id no and demanded a full refund, hence the [redacted] Dispute. He even has been harassed by email f om this customer. Ican send those to you also, great read by the way. I have provided all information rleeded for this complaint. If you need more please don't hesitate to contact us. In the first packet of ihformation you will see our information and other supporting documents for this transaction. The +cond is a packet solely on the customer at hand and his information.   I                     Now for his complaint regarding shipping, he has already received his gauge cluster. Itwas 1elivered to him on the 15th of August at 2:09 pm his time. Why is he making this claim now after the I em has been delivered. Never in our listing nor anywhere else did we ever speak, email, or had a 9hone conversation regarding priority shipping. All customers are charged the same amount unless s ated by them the customer. Now to me it seems he don't realize he lives on an island in the Pacific cean. It is very expensive anyways to ship anything there. He knows how long and the amount ,ssociated with shipping. Why did he never mention Priority shipping in his email to us on the 26th of J ly when he shipped it? He gave us the tracking number and a story about over doing the wrapping. ut no priority shipping was mentioned, that would have been the perfect time for that. Why am I, utomatically assumed liable for it. Also, regarding Michael stating 5 days in an email, he gets 15-20 mails a day for questions regarding items.. Within the 48 states 5 days is about right. He doesn't know transit times for Hawaii. Also all of our customers are in the 48 states and we can get their item back to t em with in a timely manner with the money they pay for. This is the only transaction we had for awaii and Iwill tell you that we will no longer offer our services there. This customer assumed he !'ould get it back without paying an upcharge for priority shipping. This is due to other customer feedback left, again not taking in consideration he is in Hawaii. Ibelieve this customer was very aware f the shipping times and fees. (See attached In 2nd packet) We only had the actual gauge cluster for less than 24 hours. Shipping is the majority of the handling time.   I                                       �... To regards to his business losing money. How am Iresponsible for his lost wages or income? Obviously his vehicle needed a gauge cluster to be able to know speed, gas, water temp and other +lportant information when driving the vehicle. If not then why send it to a repair business? He was aware of the importance of getting it fixed. Why not take it to someone locally to fix it? My guess is here was no one that could. These are normal down times when owning a business or even a personal Jfhicle. Now for the information in packet number 2, there is a listing from his Ebay profile that he is currently selling. He acknowledges time and cost when dealing with priority shipping and even states datience in the transaction. There is also 3 business licenses issued to his business Big Dog Towing, Big ogs Towing LLC since January of 2006 til June 3, 2016. In which his current license Is been terminated. 1e wasn't even a member on it.  Idon't know what you need to have a business in Hawaii but Iknow it consist more than just a General Excise and Use Tax license. Which that one is only in his name. To conclude this letter Iam not willing to refund this customer any money. [redacted] has reversed his payment to us. They found we were not at fault and within our stated greater than 29 day time fJame. For all we know [redacted] may have let him keep his money and in turn gave us ours with theirs. So ajwrn /win for both parties. There Is no telling what the company did. Ido not believe this customer Is in t e right, however you have customers like this in any business. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority and I don't believe he has any validly to his complaint. Iwill look forward to the phone call from I his attorney. Then maybe we can get the customer to stop the harassment and fruitless complaints against us. Thank you for your time and understanding. It was a little nerve racking to send my part and money across the nation to a company that you can't find any reviews on but we did and with all the helpful information they provided on their site the process couldn't have gone any smoother and they did a great job. They fix our broken gas gauge and broken speedometer as well as upgraded to an LED color of our choice and it looks and work great.
