Review: This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a business in my entire life. I have never been treated more rudely and poorly. I had to return my lawn mower 2 times for the same issue. The issue was never resolved or properly fixed. I payed my first bill and when the lawn mower broke down again with the same issue I advised that I would not pay until the mower was properly repaired. The owner of the company started calling my in the first week once a day. By the second week I was received 7 calls in one day! When I returned the call the owner yelled at me advised I was 'Screening' his calls and he would take me to court for not paying. I informed him the mower still is not working and he informed me that I was lying. I will tell everyone I know not to go to this repair shop. From day one, they never returned my call, they have been the most rude people I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I would like my original money returned to me.

Response:

After speaking with the company they state that they picked up the mower for the consumer and fixed the problem. A week later the consumer contacted them about a different problem with the mower and the company picked up the mower and fixed the problem. The company was contacted again by the consumer for a third and different problem with the mower. The company offered to pick the mower up and fix it free of charge but the pending balance for the second problem needed to be paid. The company made phone calls and sent letters to the consumer about the pending balance and the consumer did not answer or respond until weeks later and also stated that the consumer had taken the mower to a different place to have it fixed. The consumer did send the company a check for the remaining balance for the repairs.

Review: Repair Inc is refusing to repair the work on my [redacted] that was never repaired from the beginning. The lawnmower was taken in to service for not be able to continue to run after be started. Repair Inc claim that my lawnmower was repaired and I took home on the May 23,2015. On July 25,2015 the same problem has arrived again with my lawn mower. I took the lawn mower back to the Repair Inc and the company refuses to repair the work that was never fixed from the beginning.Desired Settlement: Need to repair the job that was never done from the beginning.
