This consumer's dispute has already been resolved There was a delay in getting the complaint to the correct Revdex.com entity as the consumer had originally filed it with the LASV Revdex.com This was then transferred to the Revdex.com Northwest with this current complaint ID # Nevertheless, we had the plumber go out to the home several weeks ago and take care of the complaint We did not collect the service call deposit, which is fully refundable if the issue is covered by warranty

Our rep, Jon H***, spoke to the consumer on Thurs 5/ The consumer requested a hand delivered gift card to satisfy her complaint MrH*** delivered a gift card to the consumer and she signed for receipt of it

I am rejecting this response because: all issues were not address.one JOHN H*** SAID HE GET BACK TO ME ON GIFT CARD AND NEVER DID AND IT'S A MONTH LATER.THEY didn't address the hot and cold water issue -- why before they added pipes the water was piping hot you couldn't leave your feet under faucet or you would get burnednow you can leave your feet under with no problem but cold or luke warm water, why do you have to run straight hot water and only get a 1/tub of bath water after the 1/tub you get cold and that's ruining hot onlyincerely,

I have attached to this responsethe trail of emails that occurred between myself and Linda E***, VP Operations at Repipe Specialists for a week as I tried to hold Repipe Specialists accountable to a written warranty they provided to me as part of the repipe work I had completed at my propertyIn the end, the issue was resolvedA plumber, unknown to me who or when, came and fixed the issue. While the issue has been resolved the conduct of Repipe Specialist’s senior leadership is unacceptable from what I would expect a leader that carries the Revdex.com logo on their website should engage in with customersAs I hope you will see from the emails, Repipe Specialists is currently engaged in fraud regarding their warranties and is deceptive with customers while falsely marketing a high customer satisfaction No customer that does business with a company endorsed by the Revdex.com should have to go through what I experienced the week before ChristmasIn the emails there are additional issues, beyond my simple hose bibb issue, that needs attention regarding the culture and business practices occurring at Repipe Specialists. I request that the Revdex.com hold Repipe Specialists accountable for their written warranties they provide to customers, not only for myself, but for all the othercustomers that may have been taken advantage of with this fraudulent $deposit issueAdditionally, I request the Revdex.com rescind their endorsement of Repipe SpecialistsAs a consumer that has come to rely on the Revdex.com as a standard of excellence and credibility for companies to achieve, Repipe Specialist has demonstrated that they do not deserve this association going forward. Ms. [redacted]' signed contract is for PEX piping, which is both circled and written in.  PEX is what is most commonly installed in OR.  At one point, our notes indicate that Ms. [redacted] stated that she thought her job was for new drains.  This job was done on 3/29/16.Any excessive water...

bills due to a leak that we were responsible for would certainly be covered by us.  However, almost 2 months after we completed our repipe work, Ms. [redacted] complained about water running in the bathroom that she had someone remodeling, so we're unsure if that contractor was actually responsible for causing the problem.  We have been out to the home multiple times with the last noted contact from May 2016.  Then Ms. [redacted] emailed us in February and asked for the rep, Jon H[redacted], to call her.  He did so and due to her continued complaints about the job, that had been done nearly a year before, he told her he was sending her a gift card.  He did mail this card to her, though Ms. [redacted] is reporting that she never received it.  We really cannot speak to that as we are unsure whether or not this is true.  Again, we're happy to cover costs for things like excessive water usage due to a leak, if it was our responsibility.  But there was another contractor working at the property.  So we are uncertain exactly what will make this consumer happy at this point.
