Review: This is the email I sent to them as soon as I noticed the batteries were defective.First they showed up outside the shipping box. The box was delivered with them. They appeared to not be damaged. I installed them and went to charge them and the light turned green as if charging was complete. I left them in the charger for 15 hours. Disconnected from charger. Tested the mower. Today I charged them a few more hours and decided to do a couple passes on the front yard. They powered the mower maybe 10 minutes and the mower shut down and will not start. The charger is powered but the charge light won't come on unless I try to run the mower, where it will only flash red several times and go off again. This is how they responded:All of the batteries we send come fully charged. This is the reason why your charge indicated full charge the moment you connected them.Since you let them charge for 15 extra hours, the batteries got overcharged, which is causing your problems. Unfortunately this is not covered under warranty and we wont be able to replace those batteries. You can try to test them and see wether they both got damaged or one is better than the other. You can do this with a voltage meter.If you decide to purchase another set, we will be happy to provide you with a discount.After I told them that there was NO directions to go with the batteries I referred to the documentation supplied by the mower manual. Their response was the following and is on their website currently under the reviews section for this item:I am sorry you are having issues with our batteries. Since you are replacing an original product from an external source it is always recommended to check with that source about proper use of the batteries. We do not include instructions, since these batteries can be used a variety of applications and each one has a different setting which is why customers talk to us about their contingency plan for those items. In this particular case, as per our warranty.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a replacement IF they will honor the warranty but my gut is telling me to get a refund and never shop with them again.
