Plus ***, the so called customer service complained to me that she was over worked and was having a heard time keeping up with the email

Review: I ordered an Ice Maker for our Refrigerator on August [redacted]. I received a conformation #. Nothing since.... I called 4 times to see if the item has been shipped but I could only leave a message. I never received a call back... I emailed the company asking about my Ice Maker but no response back. I went to the company [redacted] page and left a message to have them contact me but no response. On September [redacted] I noticed they received there money for the Ice Maker ($75.65), On there website, it states that if a part is not in stock they would email the person to let them know. I haven't received no email... It went on to say that if the part is in stock it would be shipped within 1-3 days. I haven't received anything...Desired Settlement: All I want to know: "Is the item been shipped" and/or "Why haven't I been called to answer to my calls".

Review: On [redacted], I ordered an oven baking element 8/*/13 [for $38.40] and have not received the package as of yet [today's date; 8/**/13]. The money [$38.40] has been removed from my bank account as of 8/**/13

A confirmation number was given by email for the transaction but no tracking number. I had to send an email to the company requesting a tracking number [finally received that 8/**/13, which is an inactive USPS tracking number.

I've tried contacting the company numerous times and get only getting voice message and a "new" company name - East Coast Cooling Service. I've left 4 messages and received no replies.

I destroyed the bank card I used to purchase the element and received a new one from the bank to prevent any further theft.Desired Settlement: If possible I'd like my money refunded and the person responsible to be arrested.

The item was shipped on august [redacted], but was scanned by the post office on august [redacted] for the first time. We just tracked it again, and it was routed by accident by the post office to Jersey City. That is where the package currently is. The post office should correct this error on the next scan, and the customer should recieve the package within the next 72 hours. If not, we will be more than happy to replace or refund the customers money.

Review: I have placed two online orders; invoices #[redacted] for $45.32 and #[redacted] for $23.13. Both items were paid through [redacted] and are immediately shown on my Visa credit account as paid. In over one full business week there has been no indication of inventory issue or any reason that the items are not shipping. No inquiry whether by email or telephone voice mail has been answered why there is no shipping. Made quick inquiry online for outstanding complaints (should do this before I start new online business relationship - hindsight) and found many complaints on the company [redacted], [redacted], and Revdex.com for same problem -> Namely, parts are not shipped, no customer service response, and eventually order is refunded.

I sent email today to indicate I will pursue exactly same route; so here I am filing Revdex.com complaint. I have also informed [redacted] that there is this issue as well. [redacted] will only email the business - so they are not actually disputing the order....

As I understand your very excellent organization hold such a tremendous reputation to assist in consumer complaint resolution I know they will respond to you - because existing complaints to Revdex.com about this company show their response....why can't they just do what they say they do? How they stay in business is beyond me, it seems they are a brick and mortar appliance repair company called East Coast Cooler Service; they setup an online parts store - and they are in over their heads trying to keep up with the online store....please help. Thanks!Desired Settlement: Cancel order, full refund to [redacted] or credit card.

Review: I ordered online 1 Electrolux [redacted] Broil Element @ $38.19 plus $6.95 shipping for a total of $45.14 on November **, 2014. My credit card was charged the following day on November **, 2014. I received two emails on November **, 2014. One from [redacted] which was an order confirmation and contained a confirmation number of [redacted] and a second one from [redacted] which was a customer receipt/purchase confirmation and contained a transaction ID number of [redacted]. The website claimed most orders ship in 1 to 3 business days with the possibility of 3 to 6 days if sourced to one of their 30 national warehouses. Also it says in rare cases they must order directly from the manufacturer which normally takes 2-4 weeks and they would email the customer if their item is backordered. I never heard from the company or received any tracking information which they claimed I would receive once my item shipped. I email them on December **, 2014 and requested information regarding my order and never received any response. I emailed again on December**,2014 and asked when can I expect my part to be shipped. Again no response. I emailed two more times on December **, 2014 and December **, 2014. No responses still. I have also tried going back to the website but all it says now each time I try to bring it up is the page cannot be found.Desired Settlement: I want the order canceled and the entire amount of $45.14 that replacementpartsusa.com charged against my [redacted] card to be credited back to my account as I have already ordered the part from another online company and received it in two days. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Review: I ordered a Thermador/Bosch filter and 4 weeks later have not received the item. Their customer service is horrible. Couple of replies back to me was to continue to wait since they claimed they shipped and would arrive soon. Afterwards I forwarded them a copy of [redacted] tracking number showing that the item still had not been received by the postal office to ship . Afterwards all communications terminated by them.Desired Settlement: I would preferably accept a refund , however would be happy to get the product I paid for!

Review: I purchased a part( oven igniter part# [redacted] ) Sept. **, 2014. The reason for this purchase my oven did not work after installing the part my oven still didn't work. I am an 85 year old woman, I cannot get around like I used to, so I need help. I need my stove working. I sent replacementpartsusa their part back immediately and sent them several texts detailing the entire transaction history. After several months without any interaction I thought it would be best if I could receive some assistance.Desired Settlement: After emailing this company for several months and not receiving any acknowledgement, just refund my money. Review: On 9/**/14 I ordered 2 Rangeaire 610038 Wing Filters @ 25.76 ea. Total with shipping was $58.47. These were ordered online at [redacted] Invoice No. [redacted], confirmation no. [redacted]

I still have not received these items. There is no phone number or address listed on the website. I have tried to contact them via email and have not received a reply.

I am concerned that there seems to be no way to contact them. The total amount was debited from my checking account on 9/**/2014.Desired Settlement: I would like the parts delivered to me or a refund of my money.
