In regards to the complaint filed against The Replacement Window company by mister [redacted] .Mister [redacted] has made unreasonable demands for first a $500 refund, then a 100 % refund because of two pcs of glass that we're...

not covered by warranty . We made an eliptical window far his side porch , that the low-e turned bad , and after several appointments to get templates because of the unusual shape, no one would ever answer the door. we took the template from outside, then the day we were supposed to install we had to cancel because our installers son was killed in a car wreck. When we did finally get in at a later date the glass didn't fit (template from outside was off), our installer made new template, Glas was remade ,when installer called to employ reschedule Mr [redacted] proceeded to call him names and swear at him.
At this point we delivered Mr [redacted] 's glass to his house, told him that he can find some one to install As I will not tolerate the verbal abuse of any of my personal, especially when the product in question had no warranty, Replacement window company may wish to go further with this matter , but as the manufacturer I am not
