I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I accept it. I did review my bank account one more time and, for reasons unknown, the return was finally processed and showed up in my account.  This was not the case when the complaint was filed.  I suggest the business investigate the issue further with their banking system to determine the nature of this extreme and unexplained delay.  I accept the offer of a refund for the second mug and hope that the remaining items I purchased do not prove to be similarly defective when I begin to use them in the future.  I recommend they practice stricter quality control as 2 of the 3 mugs I have used were defective.  If the handle had broken when the mug was filled with boiling liquid, this could have resulted in injury. -[redacted]

exception for extenuating circumstances. Unfortunately, a year is a considerable amount of time to have passed and now that the piece is broken, it seems unreasonable to expect a full refund or replacement of the piece.    However, the fact there is a question about the authenticity of the piece we provided, we would like to pay for the broken piece to be sent back to us.  If we determine we shipped the wrong crystal we will gladly replace it free of charge.  If the piece is truly a [redacted] (they are delicate and they do break easily) we would offer to replace the piece with a 25% discount off the original price ($119).   We deeply regret the consumer found flaw with the merchandise received from us. We stand behind our products and hope this resolution is acceptable by all parties.
