Review: I ordered a cell phone from them on Fed * for a total of $94.94.

The phone was in horrible condition, and I returned it without using it at all.

When they refunded my money, they charged me a $67 dollar restocking fee with no explanation.

The phone was barely taken out the bubble wrap they wrapped it inDesired Settlement: That I receive ALL my money AND an explanation as to why these erroneous charges were applied.

Review: On April **, 2013, I purchased a Replace Your Cell BlackBerry Curve 8330 R Qwerty Cell phone $55.02 + $9.99 for 1 year warranty = $65.01. USPS.com tracked my order using [redacted] My order was delivered at 2:4pm on April **, 2013 in [redacted]. This merchandise was returned with in 7 days to Replace Your Cell by UPS Store located in [redacted] track# [redacted] I tracked this order the following week and it was delivered to Replace Your Cell. The company claimed that they didn't receive it even tough it was received. They told me that the order maybe in another part of their warehouse. I followed up by several calls still got the run around. July **, 2013, Contacted [redacted] - Attorney General Consumer Affairs Office. On July **, 2013 received a letter from [redacted]'s office re: File# [redacted] of the company response to my complaint. She forward my complaint for investigation to [redacted] Best Phones. She check the label ID number [redacted]. She checked all the resources. According to the tracking number, she couldn't track an item based on the name and/or delivery address. It's difficult to located the item. without a valid tracking number if is impossible to track.Replace Your Cell gave me an invalid tracking number. This is scam. They refuse to give me my refund of $65.01. They have the phone and my money. his is fraudulent. Please assist me to bring about a resolution and my refund n full. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. On April **, 2013 [redacted] purchased a phone with our company. On April **, 2013 the customer contacted us and informed us that the phone will not activate with her service provider. We assisted her with the issue and authorized her return as per our company policy. The customer was informed that she will receive her refund upon delivery of her return package.

A couple of weeks later the customer contacted us regarding her return package and refund. After confirming that we have not received her return we requested for her to provide her tracking number for her return package. The customer stated that she did not have a tracking number for her return package and we advised her to contact USPS. Shortly thereafter the costumer provided a tracking number which was later confirmed by USPS to be fabricated.

We then received a notice from the attorney general's office and I personally looked into the matter and responded promptly.

As soon as we received the notice from Revdex.com I personally looked into the tracking number provided with your email [which was different from the first one provided by the customer]. After realizing that the tracking number provided by you was the original tracking number we have provided for the customer when her package was originally shipped on April **, 2013. Please see the attached documents to this email. I have provided the tracking activity for the tracking provided in your email which shows that it was shipped from our office in Brooklyn to the customer in Illinois. I have also included the customer's order invoice.

As soon as we receive the customer’s return-or proof of delivery of any previous return I will promptly issue a full refund to her account.

Enclosed is my USPS Tracking copy, that stated my phone was delivered to replace your cell warehouse on 5/** or **/13. The company denied receiving the phone. Here is evident + proof of deliver. I'm entitle to my refund of $65.01.

The company is trying to scam me. Please assist me in recovering my refund. Please contact + update me in this matter.

Review: I ordered a flip cell phone in "like new condition" for $65 on 7/*. The cell phone was received 7/* but could not be activated. According to [redacted], the telephone is still registered to the previous owner - meaning the cell phone was reported lost or stolen. I spoke with the merchant on 7/* and was told I would be shipped a replacement telephone the next day with a label to return the stolen phone. I contacted the merchant again 7/** as I had not received shipping information to track the new package. Was told the phone was just going out 7/** and I would have an email with the tracking number by close of business. I still have no information about a replacement phone.Desired Settlement: Ship the cell phone I paid for - in "like new condition" and can be activated by my wireless carrier.
