We don't know what phone numbers she was calling but my workers were calling her the last weeks in April trying to get a video of how the mobile home looked on the inside because the $Earnest Money was based off pictures, what I was told was that they could never get a hold of her (probably
because of the hour shifts) and the one time they were able to talk to her was when she mentioned that it had to be on a friday, which restricts the guy that can go see itThen it looks like she finally tried to make contact when she moved out at the beginning of this month May which is when I was in Mexico and I left on my voicemail a recording of all the numbers for the different departmens, in which *** is the transport guyMy phone got stolen while I was there and I cancelled the service and ordered a new phone but made sure they retained my phone number because it's really important to me, but they couldn't hold my voicemails, so I never got any messages when I got backPlus *** was the guy she needed to talk anyway, anybody in the company could've given her the numberI see she spoke to ***, because he sen't me an email and I saw it when I was out of town that she wanted her balance, and I asked *** to ask her about the video, which as of today we haven't received, as soon as I got back in town I sent her the balance, trusting the place would be in the same condition as promissed, but I believe we should be the ones making the complain.
In summary, problem solved, except the video, which we'll get eventually, she got the rest of her money and We are taking care of the rent where the park is

I barely saw this messages, I've been out of the country several times and was behind on emailsI did speak with this customer about weeks ago and talked about how to go about itWe told them that is was hard to find movers to move the homeThe company we hired to prepare the mobile home
haven;t moved it and the sellers told us they knew somebody, so we told them just to get us in contact with them to get it moved and we would pay the bill but I don't think that has happened yet*** ###-###-#### is the original mover, but we don't care who moves it, we just need to get it doneAs far as the title we definitely don't have all the paperwork yet but we're still willing to move it and solve it laterThe mobile home is under the parents of the lady that sold them the land so we need paper trails that can't be foundWhen I asked them to get me the title company's name and number to contact them I was given a rude response by the seller's boyfriend about the original seller being dead, after speaking with the original seller she was more understandingI'm sure this complain was submitted by the boyfriend which shouldn't get involved unless willingness to help could be givenHelpfull things would be to get the phone numbers for the movers he knows that can move it quick and the title company that transferred the land title that should've transferred the mobile home's title too

I am rejecting this response because: The lack of communication is still on going Its not my job to find a mover for the trailer house That is why I tried selling it to a mobile home seller/mover That is what there website says they specialize in, the sell and moving of used trailer houses Their employee emailed me all the paperwork he said I neededTo which I filled out, had notarize and I faxed back to them multiple timesNot only have they wasted my time, they are still costing me even more money They took without permission all my centerblock which was not part of the contract and broke a waterline and left without fixing it The home is no longer livableNo title company was used in the sell of the property or house Their home buyer knew that the title was not in my name and said that it did not need to be for me to sell it Boy was he wrong.
