My Experience with this company was disgustingInitially it started off fineWhen I called them the first time, a man named Brian had told me That my vehicle wasn't at his lot and that it was in another location where I could go and get my property from the vehicleHe allowed me to set up a time to go and get my thingsHe gave me the number to the lot in Moorestown, NJ where I could pick it upThen the Moorestown office told me there was a dollar fee to pay just to get my things out of the carOut of curiosity I asked why and he didn't know why, only that the cost had come from a contract through the finance company responsible for the carI called the finance company and they said the lot was charging the dollars and that they had nothing to do with costsThe contracting company Who's name is PAR was asked about this fee and they too pointed fingers to the lotSo when I confronted Brian from the Wall twp lot about he, He and I began a semi negative exchange of words as to why he didn't tell me initially that the lot is responsible for the charge given and not any other companyHe then hung up on meSo when I followed up with the Moorestown lot to make an appointment to retrieve my things, the person on the other end placed me on a brief hold after I had mentioned Brian's Name and then hung up on meI just don't like the push around treatment, and I think that when dealing in this business, they just need to be straight with customersWhether its dollars or thousand dollarsI feel bad for the guy in Moorestown....He was just doing his job, and I can bet that this Brian guy called him and told him to not accept calls from me over this, thus me being hung up onPoor customer services periodNot a happy camper
My initial experience with this company was fairly decent and it went downhill very fast as soon as my husband and I went to the office to pick up my belongings and our carWe were verbally threatened and even physically assaulted (the owner kept stepping on my foot in an attempt to get in my husbands face to yell and threaten him)This company does not know how to do business and should not be in the business of repossessing anythingThey damaged parts of my car and I'm waiting for resolution
