Review: When we bought our fridge we asked for delivery. The young girl who helped us told us we would be the first delivery Monday morning. Come 12:30 there was still no delivery. We called and were told that they have no idea why she'd tell us that we would have it delivered monday when they already haddeliveries sscheduled. He apologized and said they'd be at our house around 2:00. Around 5:30-6:00 they finally showed up. Our second issue was that the panel where the ice maker was is giving us an error message. We then called them again they had told us we need a new mother board and that they would call us back. They have 30 day warranty that we were aware of. This only happened 3 days after we had the fridge. After numerous attempts to get ahold of someone and never getting a call back to try and resolve the issue we've had enough. I called today and the same girl answered the phone. I told her the sotuation again and told how ridiculous this situation was getting. She offered NO help nor any type of solution for this issue. She just kept on saying "okay" nothing more and in a very rude tone. When you buy an appliance you expect for it to work. We've been told by other people that they've had issues with them also. Very unhappy at this point and DO NOT reccomend them to anyone. Very poor way to run a business.Desired Settlement: We would either like the fridge fixed ASAP or the total amount we paid for the fridge reimbursed.

Review: When they were moving out a broken range the put big scrtaches on both sides of doorframe. They gauged it bad on both sides of doorway. I had a oven in there that they took out and the one I purchased they did not even try to bring it in. They just took the old one out and left. My house was always the same size and they were saying they could not bring the same size stove in which I had already purchased and it was on the delivery truck. Unsatisfied that tgey did not bring in the one I purchased and no one ha returned my call about the damage done. I do have pictures of the doirframeDesired Settlement: I would like a stove like what I purchsed the first time. They gave me a we little arartmrnt size that is not what was removed or purchesd. I also would like to compensated for the damage done to doorframe
