Antral follicle count was performed on 06/20/2017 which was decreased. This was repeated on 08/02/2017...

and antral follicle was 12, once again decreased. Antral follicle count is a measurement of ovarian function. In order to proceed with our program, you must have a certain level of ovarian function. Both an antral follicle count of 11 or 12 does not qualify. She was declined from our 100% guaranteed program because of concerns over her ovarian function, not because she requested preimplantation genetic  diagnosis. I discussed this with [redacted] on 08/12/2017 and she informed me at that point that she and her husband were not interested in proceeding with an in vitro fertilization cycle with preimplantation genetic screening.
