I have been in touch with [redacted] (Executive Office) they have told me they are investigating it and will be in touch with Mrs [redacted] directly I was told they would handle it, and that her daughter is and a legal adult, so it should be handled between them and the daughter

I am responding to a complaint filed by *** ***Ms***’s year old daughter came to my office for a medical procedure She has *** Insurance and there was a $copay for the procedure *** processed the claim wrong, I have been trying to deal with them
regarding this claim since NovUnfortunately *** is a very large insurance company and it’s very difficult to get them to admit they were wrong I talked with a *** Representative days ago, and was told they are reviewing the claim I have told Mrs***, that when *** pays me, I will in turn pay her I provided a medical procedure and should be paid for itI believe the complaint should be for *** and not my officeThank you,*** *** ***

Please add your rejection comments below. On November 11, 2015 it will be a year that this issue has been going on.  It is and was Dr. [redacted]'s responsibility to return the over collection of the deductible to his patient and then work out HIS issues with [redacted].  The age of the doctor's patient is irrelevant as the proper releases have been signed by the patient.  Perhaps the doctor was hoping that he had some inexperienced and easily bullied person to deal with but, that is not the case. As I have said before, had the over payment not been made, the doctor would have been dealing directly with [redacted], rather than holding my money hostage. Regards,
