Product was faulty within warranty period. Company is not honoring warranty, refund, or exchange policy. Purchased product from company on January 26, 2014. Product came with 6 month warranty when purchased. Product discontinued working on February 15, 2014. I notified the company via their website contact form on. February 16. On February 17 I received a reply from [redacted], the "customer service manager" explaining they were sorry the bulb was defective, it sometimes happens and that, if I could provide my transaction ID she would have the shipper send me a new bulb... I immediately responded on the 17th with my original transaction email, and inquired as to any further steps required to get the new bulb. On February 18th, I still had not had a response, so I called the number provided on the website for [redacted]. I left a message inquiring as to whether or not she received the info I sent and was sending the new bulb. Rather than return my call, [redacted] replied via email on February 18th that, yes I would need to return the bulb to them ("to honor the warranty"), but if I simply provided a tracking number they could monitor, she would have "my shipper send a replacement as soon as I have it so that you don't have to wait". On February 21st I provided [redacted] (via email) with a tracking number from the USPS and inquired as to whether or not my new bulb would now ship and when. I received no response. On February 24th, I called [redacted]'s number again to inquire as to my last email, no response. On February 25th, I emailed her once again indicating that I had received shipment confirmation on my return via USPS and was my new bulb being shipped? I received no response. On February 26th my husband called several times, no answer. He also reached out the number provided for "[redacted] the owner", also with no answer or response. It has become clear that this company does not intend to respond. I want my money back.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of my original purchase price- $57.95. I do not wish to do business with this company, or accept a replacement bulb. More info received from the consumer 2014-03-04 New product showed up at my house on 03/03/2014
