Would be zero stars if allowed. This is a mob-style protection racket, which is why they have changed names and rebranded to Intellicentrics. I had to sign up with them for two customers, one of whom no longer requires it because it is so arduous and poorly administered. Here is an email I just got from them because I have let my worthless (yet expensive) membership expire with them:

Subject: Trust should never expire, but yours has

We are reaching out because your trusted status in the IntelliCentrics SEC³URE Ethos has expired, potentially creating two challenging issues for you which we hope to avoid.

The first is to make you aware that, during this COVID-19 emergency, many of our locations are actively adopting SEC³URE Link, which allows them to only schedule cases, procedures and business meetings with trusted individuals. This includes physicians, allied health and vendor reps. If you are not trusted within the SEC³URE Ethos, you risk not being scheduled.

The second is that all locations will be receiving a daily updated list of individuals who have let their trusted status lapse, to ensure these individuals do not enter their facilities.

We apologize for the heavy message so we are giving you a head start on thisâ??â??â??â??â??â??.

First there was credentialing, then there was privileging, now there's SEC³URE Ethos.

It should be noted that as of this date, testing for COVID-19 is so scarce their system can't possibly require it and most hospitals are simply shutting down to outside vendors. If in fact they are aquiring this service with any reference whatsoever to the outbreak, it is a fig leaf on the order of a healthy person wearing a P-95 mask onto an airplane.

I'm going to single that out: NO ONE CAN CURRENTLY BE "TRUSTED" NOT TO HAVE COVID-19.

It should also be noted that references to trust are not used in any context a human would understand, as their system is designed to foul your rating (which is designed to be arbitrary to begin with) in order to extract more money in the service of expediting corrections to problems you, as the vendor, weren't aware you had until you attempted to sign in on one of their kiosks. Avoiding this requires some unlikely occurances:
1. You would have to know ahead of time the vendor was infected with this thing called, variously, RepTrax, Inellicentrics and / or SEC³URE.
2. The administrator at the site (likely not your point of contact nor someone your POC knows or can easily locate) would have needed to communicate all of the requirements to you with enough lead time to complete them, which range from checking boxes affirming you are not a terrorist and have read their harrassment policies to providing 40-year-old medical records that can often take weeks to recover from old or defunct health providers.
3. The app or kiosk works correctly when you get to the site.

Intellicentrics / RepTrax is a clever scheme to get money from industry vendors without improving the safety of the facilities they 'protect.' ALL of the documents required are baseline requirements for employment at any reputable lab or pharmaceutical company. But Intellicentrics positions itself as the middle man and thereby collects nearly $300 per head to capture information that is already in place. There is zero value add here. Do not waster your time or money by contracting with this company for your facility.
