I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

After researching this complaint, we discovered no communication with Mr. [redacted], over the phone or internet were found.  We were unaware of this issue until your letter stating this issue. After reaching out to Mr. [redacted] the same day as this letter was sent to me, I called him and...

left a message for him to return my call.  He did so two days later at which time we set up an  appointment with him to inspect this complaint.  

My employee, [redacted], responded to Mr. [redacted] to inspect the situation.  We found out that Mr. [redacted] had a water leak around the roof jack after running water on the roof and crawling into the attic.  The area of this water leak was never interrupted during the installation of Mr. [redacted] air conditioning unit.  This issue is of a roofing nature and not an air conditioning installation error.  It would appear that the roof jack under the shingles is in poor physical shape and in need of attention through a roofing contractor.  Pictures of the roof leak in the attic are available as my tech viewed the water coming into the attic.  Mr. [redacted] was informed of the issue and viewed the pictures my tech took of the leak.  He said he would contact his roofer.

I view this issue with Mr. [redacted] closed and I hope that all parties involved are in aggrement with my assessment of this.

My wife and I came home yesterday to our A/C being out with the temp outside of 114 degrees. I called [redacted] at Republic Air Care and he was out to our house within an hour and a half. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and ended up replacing out thermostat. Not only did he save us money with not having to replace the a/c unit but his prompt and excellent service turned a terrible situation into a great one. Everybody should use Republic Air Care if they have a/c issues.

Review: Every time we have a severe rain storm, water leaks into my home through the Trane air conditioning unit they installed. I've called them, sent them emails, and wrote on their [redacted] page and they have yet to contact me regarding the problem.Desired Settlement: I need these leaks fixed before mold starts growing in the house and the costs become even more expensive.
