Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not received my refund as of todayI have been looking for my refund in the mail and in my account that you all are billing me through and have not received the refund in neither placeAlso I feel that I am being scammed because it should not be hard to refund me the money you all owe me to my account that you all have been taking extra money from This company has not held up to any of it’s promises and I would like my contract canceled without any cancellation fees or transferringI should not have to go through all this to get my money back that you all owe me! Please refund me my money or track the check that you all sent because I am very tired of going through this with you all and cancel my contract Regards, [redacted]

I verified with the owner that the refund was sent through bill pay on 12/06/in the amount of $and processed on 12/11/confirmation # [redacted] Copy of the transaction is attachedWe have reimbursed all of the over charges and issued a courtesy monthAs stated before per our conversation/emails you agreed with all the credits/refunds that we processed and was happy about the courtesy monthThere are two options available to cancel the terms of the contract (attached) earlySystem/Terms can be transferred to someone else and they can assume the remaining terms of the contractThey will charge you for the last month of servicePay the early termination fee which is $1,( $x months left)Please let us know which option you chose to go withI do hope that you will give us a chance to continue taking care of your accountAgain I apologize for all the issues, the owner was trying to get it resolved quickly***

Attached is a copy of the refund receipt that was processed on 12/11/in the amount of $This was sent through Bill Pay as previously statedEach bank is different with how quickly they process transactionsIt usually takes 7-business days to processIt may show up as pending until it's fully processedPlease contact your banking institute for a status update

We have not received any payments for double billing in march of any kind nor a letter of any resolution We have NOTHING in writing proving totally resolvedPlease issue payment and letter so we can finally be done with thisI can no longer trust just your wordYou have our number and email to send letter and to contact us directlyIt is now June, I would think we would have received payment by know if it were truly sent

Hi Revdex.com,I wasn't able to add any additional notes to this complaintI wanted Mr [redacted] to be aware that this issue has been resolvedJust now we finally received a response from [redacted] with Safe Home SecurityThey are the company that should have received the complaint not Republic AlarmWe haven't done anything wrongSafe Home has been drafting from his account and they have not been servicing his account or have they provided him with any kind of service to be billed forBelow is a copy of the email that [redacted] sent.Subject: RE: Replacement Accounts for [redacted] ***From: [redacted] < [redacted] >Date: Thu, June 02, 11:amHere is the tracking for the agreements that you wanted canceled and sent back Fed ex [redacted] I canceled both accounts ( [redacted] and ***) in our system.I repaired any negative reporting on these clients credit reports for non payment.I sent a refund to both clients

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11448210, and have determined that this does not resolve my disputePlease read previous response to this replyRepublic Alarm is and was at fault for providing Safe Home with my account details and bank account infoAs stated before when trying to resolve the issue alone, I was not getting any response or actions from either company for months I no longer want to do business with Republic Alarm and risk this situation from happening againIt was Republic Alarms responsibility to resolve this matter and it took this to get any actionI do not prefer to go back and forward with thisPlease send official documents of release from both companies and uninstall your equipment
