I just received a final notice bill before it was turned over to a collection agency for charges that I had never received a bill for. It was a charge to pick up their rubbish barrels. This I believe is just a way of gouging their customers for more money and an excessive charge policies. Apparently, they not only charge a very high price for their services (I was able to obtain the same service for about $80 less), but they charge to have their barrel dropped off and picked up.
