I paid the entire Doctor bill. Insurance reprocessed the claim and paid more toward the bill. I would like a refund for the over payment. I have spoke with [redacted], and [redacted] about this and no answer is given except they have no control of refund. I have waited the 8 weeks they said it would take to get refund and it has not been processed.
