Mr*** did file an appeal through Republic Parking NW Website, and I did speak to him regarding his citation of none payment for parking in the Honolulu Zoo Parking Lot in which Republic Parking is the contracted operatorHe claimed he was not parked in the lot but another lotHe told
me that we, Republic Parking, are placing citation on vehicle not in the Honolulu Zoo Parking lot Then he told me that there was no signage indicating that the lot was operated by Republic Parking or that it was a paid parking lot.I explained that our lot checkers only can cite wrongfully parked vehicles in locations that we operate and the Honolulu Zoo Parking Lot has adequate signage stating that it is a prepaid parking lot and there are visible pay stationsHe insisted that he was wrongfully citedI told him that I would review it when I got back to the office.I got back to the office and reviewed the citationMr*** was indeed parked in the Honolulu Zoo Parking Lot and the citation was correctI called and left a message stating the same. He told me that we, Republic Parking, are placing citation on vehicle not in the Honolulu Zoo Parking lot.  Then he told me that there was no signage indicating that the lot was operated by Republic Parking or that it was a paid parking lot.I explained that our lot checkers only can cite wrongfully parked vehicles in locations that we operate and the Honolulu Zoo Parking Lot has adequate signage stating that it is a prepaid parking lot and there are 10 visible pay stations. He insisted that he was wrongfully cited. I told him that I would review it when I got back to the office.I got back to the office and reviewed the citation.
