However, we do the research, study the neighborhood, study whether the property is being taxed fair and equal, print the whole case and we show up in person to argue it.From 2011 to 2014 we were unsuccessful in reducing this clients property taxes. However, we were successful and maintaining the same value we got back in 2010. In other words, this client did not receive a single increase over those four years. Additionally, the client got noticed that we were still working on his behalf. In 2015, the county increased his property taxes and we were once again successful in saving him money. Upon receiving our invoice he called and asked that we cancel his contract. We are glad to cancel his contract however we would like to be paid for the work we did and the savings he received.Further, this client has acknowledged agreeing to our contract but claims to be unaware that we protest and fight his property taxes on a yearly basis. He also claims that we were on authorized in representing him. This claim is simply not true. Our contract clearly states that we do it on a recurring basis and, as mentioned above, he has received correspondence that we were working on his behalf I'm 2011 to 2014.Nevertheless, in an effort to amicably resolve this issue, I am more than happy to right off his debt. Although the they have satisfied my request in full and totally I must add that their response is full of inaccuracies: From 2011 to 2014 they never once contacted me. This year 2015, I was never contacted either until I received an invoice. Not called, mailed too nor e-mailed.
