with a Republic Services Representative He assured me that the dumpster would be removed, service would be cancelled and the Final April bill would be adjusted to not include any charge for April Service Well the dumpster has been removed and service has been stopped The only thing I'm waiting for is an adjusted final April bill that has been credited as to not include any service for April Assuming the last action is truly fulfilled then I would consider this complaint resolved Thank you for all your assistance

We have spoke to our customer and although our agreements do auto renew at expiration and our customers are notified, we have made business decision to cancel his services and remove our assets from his property as he has been a long time customer
In regards to the case *** Republic Services did issue a refund to the customer on 7/21/in the form of a check The customer called in and stated they had not received the check. Refund was then issued back to the customers original form of payment, which was credit card
on 8/22/for $21.35. Customer was called and a voicemail had to be left. Thank you *** *** Division Accountant *** *** *** ** Springfield, IL
