wanted to use 2 prepaids for the fullset so we took 2 prepaids and then charged the $30 for the siberian mink add-on. She came back after the transaction was completed and asked about the $11.99 difference for the 2 prepaids for the fullset. Kara let her know that since we used 2 prepaids for the fullset, the 2 prepaids go towards the fullset and that's that. She got upset so I refunded the prepaid and charged her the difference. In the end, she used 1 prepaid towards the fullset, paid the $34 difference for the fullset and $30 for the siberian mink upcharge and she left Tony a $25 tip. We should not have given the option of using 2 prepaids which confused the customer because it is not a dollar to dollar match in services.  That is why we refunded her and charged her correctly.  We would be happy to explain this in more detail if the customer returns to our location. Customer was refunded and paid the actual difference of the service and she also had mink lashes added to her service and tip added to her final bill.
