The car is running because we fixed it not him The car was running when we test drove it and then broke down within miles after she leftThe battery was replaced with a lawn mower/tractor batteryPOINT BLANK.....Also, THE MUFFLER WAS NEVER FIXED AS HE SAID THAT'S WHAT THEY WERE DOING BUT INSTEAD THEY REMOVED BATTERY AND DID WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSETHE CAR WAS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION AFTER THE TEST DRIVE AND WHEN SHE LEFT AND BROKE DOWN WITHIN MILES MAYBE HE CAN BE HONEST AND REPLY ABOUT THAT [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, Rhonda Manning-smith

Regarding this complaint the young lady did purchase vehicle at this address but I *** *** currently work for BDS Auto sales and service as a sales man and thats who car was purchased from As far as the problem the young lady and her mother came in and test drove a nissan maxima that was
running and driving pretty well after a almost mjn test drive she decided she did want to buy vehicleI explained that the deal was 100% as is but it was a hole in the flex pipe and we agreed to weld it for her before she leftThe car was only $plus tax and title cost, $totalAfter she left driving away in the car she called a short time afterwards and said she had stopped somewhere and I sent one of the guys in shop to go see why ,when he got there the steering wheel was locked and he showed her how to turn it and it turned right on and he drove around with her for or min making sure car was running well A few hours later she called and said she was stuck again and car wouldn't turn on she cursed me out on the phone and short time later sent police to the office demanding her money back we showed him the paperwork and he left The next day her mom sent me nasty text messages and Facebook messages I asked owner can he check out the car he sent two guys to her house to check it out and when they got there she was gone out driving the carWE WILL NOT DO ANY MORE FOR HERThere were no parts removed from the car and the battery that was in the car is a car battery the car will not even run without a alternator and beltsHer title is in her name and in the mail

I am emailing you again about this silly complaint and false account about the sale this was an as is sale where we still went about and beyond to try and help someone who bought a vehicle for $685 dollars Ive also enclosed a couple pictures of the car posted online by the actual buyer the daughter of woman making the complaints. Although it is my honest goal to help any customer of mine I will not answer or even concern myself with this case any further but if you look at the attachments you will see the car is still running and driving and she is trying to sell it now for $1500 so even if it was a warranty any dealer that even sell warranty used car only cover engine and transmission those are in good condition and where when sold .

The battery was replaced with a lawn mower/tractor battery. POINT BLANK.....Also, THE MUFFLER WAS NEVER FIXED AS HE SAID THAT'S WHAT THEY WERE DOING BUT INSTEAD THEY REMOVED BATTERY AND DID WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE. THE CAR WAS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION AFTER THE TEST DRIVE AND WHEN SHE LEFT AND BROKE DOWN WITHIN 5 MILES.  MAYBE HE CAN BE HONEST AND REPLY ABOUT THAT....

I disagree with most of what he said. First of all I have photographic evidence. Pictures that my daughter took showing under the hood while we were out on our test drive. She took pictures to send to my husband. The battery in the picture during the test drive is not the same battery that was removed when she was broke down 20 minutes after she left the dealership. I am also prepared to go to the automotive place where we purchased a new battery, the man that sold us a battery agreed to write a statement that the battery was for a tractor or lawn mower. After she left the dealership the car was broke down within 7 miles. That is how long the car ran on a lawn mower battery. Also, I do not have his phone number to send him "nasty" text messages. I would be happy to forward the facebook messages that I did send to him to you for review. You will see that they are not "nasty" as well. As he claims that they welded the muffler issue. I believe they may have attempted but it was certainly not fixed. Never supplied her with the 30 day tag that she paid for. So no I do not believe his response has resolved my complaint.
